We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful scenery and providing a peaceful atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We particularly enjoyed the room service option from the on-site restaurant, which allowed us to have a delicious meal in the comfort of our own room. Additionally, the hotel provided various amenities such as car hire, laundry service, and even a grocery shopping service, making our stay even more convenient.

Families will definitely feel at home here.

It was an excellent hotel with friendly people. It has a good restaurant. It was too hot to use the sauna.....

Parking is a bit complicated.

Used as a base for many nearby towns and some preplanned venues. San Felice - Good for food. Porto Portese - sleepy by lake and nice for boat trip to Gargunano. Manerba - walking distance to Pizzeria - Gatto che Ride. Manerba - really nice quiet side of Garda Lake - n crowds in early June - short drive then steep walk to La Rocca. Tour with friends to Toscolano for 'lo spiedo' - need to book it 4 hours in advance - slow cooking. Used as a Base for travel to wedding near Brescia.

Mosquitos! .........or biting insects, but not hotels fault.Cark parking is a bit hit and miss - cark park holds maybe 10 cars and is up a very narrow set of streets (two way!!). Dont park beside bins (if lack of space forces you to think about it) as the collectors can get at them and then they pull them out and surround your car to make a point).

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The indoor swimming pool was warm and inviting, and the food from their restaurant was excellent. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

On arrival Stefano and Alessandra made us feel welcome and relax. They explained to us where all the facilities in the hotel were. We enjoyed using the sauna & spa & most of all waking up to fresh breakfast in the morning which i miss. The hotel was always clean throughout and had a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were amazing and helpful, the stay was amazing.

Staying here was a great experience. the rooms are spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. There is also a warm indoor pool and a restaurant that serves excellent food. the location is peaceful and quiet, and just a short stroll away from various attractions. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which though not particularly fancy, was still pretty good.

The parking may be a bit of a squeeze but we were always able to find a spot nearby.

Quiet in the morning and evening so sleeping was easy. Genuinely friendly staff with good humour whilst remaining professional at all times. Lovely boutique style Hotel with little individual touches everywhere in the decor and furnishings. Comfortable Spa and really nice terrace for breakfast, coffees, and aperitifs or sunbathing in the afternoon. Great outside courtyard restaurant and inner restaurant available when cold or raining. Very good food.

Very narrow road to get to it so hire a small car but locals very helpful with cars etc. Staff need to be more available for aperitif making in the evening but if you asked they would be there. More information on local resorts should be available in rooms in English, German and Italian. Tea making facilities could be made available in rooms. (take your own tea bags)

Very warm attitude of the staff, like you come on a visit to your friends. Fresh designed room and lobby.There is an antique village church dated of 15 century few meters away. Everything was excellent.

Little bit hard to find the Hotel. It is located somewhere in the old village center there is very narrow street.

During our Christmas vacation, we appreciated the quiet and organized environment. The warm indoor pool was a plus point, and the food served in the restaurant was excellent. We loved that the food was also brought to our room on the night the restaurant was closed. The hotel's location was perfect, and the staff was friendly.

we have stayed in better places. We also had a hard time parking our vehicle - the streets were not suitable for large cars.

Water in pool a bit cold for simple relaxation (winter).

During our Easter stay, we enjoyed the peacefulness of the hotel and the warm indoor pool. the food in the restaurant was excellent. We also appreciated the convenient location near restaurants and shops.

The breakfast was just okay, not up to par with other places we've stayed. Parking was also a bit of a challenge, but manageable.
